The Fong Foundation is a nonprofit corporation created by Chung Fong, organized under the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act. It was incorporated on December 17, 2025
Mission
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its mission includes promoting public health and safety, advancing arts and education, and supporting other nonprofit organizations with similar purposes.
Goals
The Foundation aims to achieve its mission through various lawful activities, including but not limited to:
- Promoting public health and safety
- Advancing arts and education
- Providing support to other charitable organizations
- Engaging in activities that further its charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes
